End User Music Agreement:
You agree to never attempt to resale, copy, redistribute or monetize any music/instrumental provided by djblount.com without valid permission or first purchasing a license. If you haven't purchased a license you have non-ownership rights which are subject to the end user music agreement. You cannot resale, alter, distribute or broadcast music provided by djblount.com unless otherwise noted or it falls under fair use.

Albums & Singles:
All original albums/songs distributed by djblount.com or 3rd party streaming services are originally created by DjBlount. Albums can be purchased from external music streaming platforms of the user's choice. Albums purchased this way can be streamed or saved on your devices if that music platform supports it.

Instrumentals & Beats Playlist:
All instrumentals displayed in the instrumental archive on djblount.com are original compositions created by DjBlount. DjBlount has all rights to all music & sounds posted on djblount.com/albumplaylist.html unless stated otherwise.

R&B/Hip-Hop Remix Playlist:
All remixes posted to djblount.com/remixarchive.html are edited and mixed by DjBlount. All instrumental/song remixes were created from a sample and are being used only under a fair use purpose. All rights reserved to their respective owners. To inquire about copyright or request removal you may contact support anytime.

Basic Instrumental Lease License:
Once payment has cleared you will receive a high quality MP3 or wav file of the beat via e-mail. Basic Leasing rights grant you limited uses only (Example - Mixtapes, Web Music Videos/YouTube only). Cannot use for distributed albums/singles via streaming services such as but not limited to Spotify or apple music. Can not be used for film/tV or video game related projects. Users must credit DjBlount where possible. Djblount still owns original rights to the instrumental. To use for TV/Film or video game related projects you must purchase an advanced or exclusive license.

[Basic Lease Rules]
Must fully credit DjBlount where possible unless granted otherwise.
Must add DjBlount to Royalty revenue split using DjBlount real name if applicable.
Cannot resale instrumental rights outside mixtape/youtube streams.
Some Basic leases may be tracked via djblount.com content Id services.

Advanced Instrumental Lease License:
Once payment has cleared you will receive a high quality MP3 or wav file of the beat via e-mail. Advanced Leasing rights grant you unlimited commercial uses (Example - mixtapes, singles, albums, Web Music Videos/Youtube, and Advertisements). May also be used for distributed film/TV and video game related projects (some restrictions may apply). Users must credit DjBlount where possible. Distribute unlimited physical/digital copies. DjBlount still owns original rights to the instrumental.

[Advanced Lease Rules]
Must fully credit DjBlount where possible unless granted otherwise.
Must add DjBlount to Royalty revenue split using DjBlount real name if applicable.
Cannot resale instrumental rights outside song/project sales.

Exclusive Instrumental License:
Once payment has cleared you will receive a high quality MP3 or wav file of the beat via e-mail. Exclusive instrumental license grants you unlimited commercial recordings, redistribution and broadcasting rights. You have full rights to record, alter, mix, distribute or broadcast the instrumental/song. You own the recording as a "work made for hire". DjBlount may no longer lease or sell the instrumental/song. DjBlount will not receive a royalty from the streams/downloads unless you [the user] and DjBlount agreed to the royalty agreement. The instrumental may still be displayed on djblount.com and some 3rd party sites but will be marked as sold where possible. DjBlount must agree to the transaction for your exclusive license to be granted.

[Exclusive Lease Rules]
Cannot resale instrumental rights outside song or project sales. Unless resale permission is granted.

Exclusive Instrumental License with added resale permission:
If resale permission is granted the buyer may resale the rights or redistribute the work outside of song sales without restrictions.

Royalty/Split Agreement:
If you purchase a basic or advanced instrumental lease with the intent to distribute via music streaming services you must always fully credit DjBlount unless otherwise noted. You also agree to provide the necessary information when funds are owed to pay/transfer funds to DjBlount. Royalty agreement with exclusive license (or some special cases) is only valid at the discretion of DjBlount and the client. Royalty agreement will only apply to an exclusive license when approved by the client. If you exclude DjBlount from a percentage of sales when a royalty agreement is in effect you agree to fully payback any missed sales/streams and provide proof of stream history where possible. Default percentage of total sales to DjBlount is 33% but is negotiable and can vary per transaction. Always contact djblount.com support if you do not understand how royalties work.

No Instrumental Resales:
You are not permitted to purchase a license to one of DjBlount instrumentals with the intention of reselling the instrumental/license. This is strictly prohibited. You are prohibited from reselling the rights or the instrumental itself outside of song/project sales. If this condition is broken and the rights/license or track are resold, the rights are automatically revoked and returned to DjBlount and the contract (your exclusive or leasing rights) is null and void. This restriction applies to all license types unless exclusive rights with added resale permission granted.

Donations:
Donations are processed through services such as PayPal. Donations can be made directly on the website. No credit/debit card information is ever stored using djblount.com servers. All djblount.com donation/payment landing pages are ssl enabled.

Refund Policy:
No refunds can be issued on any music license, digital content, merchandise, or donation unless the product/service purchased is no longer for sale. Some exceptions may include accidental payment/wrong product/service purchase. Under these exceptions users may request a refund within 14 days of transaction date. djblount.com reserves the right to reject any refund request that violates djblount.com terms of service or blountmedia.net TOS/EULA.

djblount.com Ad services and 3rd party web cookie agreement:
You agree to the use of limited web cookies and other website data to improve services on some web pages. All pages using cookies will always be marked with privacy policy links. These pages may sometimes include ad placements. Djblount.com does not utilize web cookies directly.
